I honestly think Moltres is better than the Magbys here, with just one coin flip going your way you can be threatening a 70 damage attack next turn if you've got the energy transfer item, plus it also doesn't die to absolutely everything. Two coinflips and you've already ramped Ho-oh for next turn.
With the perfect hand you can also just attack with Ho-oh on your 2nd turn.
>Roll 1 coinflip > Leaf > attach energy > pass the other with item
All the while ramping up Ray, which comes in and cleans.
