I clocked that greyed out girl that constantly follows Maelle was like Maelle from the future or something like that, they're clearly the same person, and so from there I thought Renoir was Gustave from the future because I swear they look so similar and then when we met Verso I thought it was like edgy anime-y Gustave too so I thought we had 3 Gustaves running around.

it's wild to look back and remember my headspace while first playing it, and how I thought Gustave was this huge pivotal character
