Most complaints I hear from new people is that the standard AIRL image gen sucks, so you have to replace it with something else (NAI, or local). Maybe he should partner with NAI or civitAI or something else with decent image gen even on free tier, and use that at least for characters (locations and items are less important and can use whatever low tier stuff he has now in free tier)
