i think it's creepy because
1: it implies wonder has relived this scene over and over unable to prevent him from killing that woman and her child

2: kuichi's desire are being so warped to the point where he can just laugh manically after committing murder and baby murder

3: of course in the grand scale of things, someone like kiuchi is pretty low impact in the type of crimes he was committing before he started escalating, but if someone who has the power and influence to commit even wider scale acts of hedonism since people's desires are being continuosly sapped to the point where even the police won't want to take action (say someone like shido from the og p5) it means that society will definitely collapse in no time (and likely did in the other timelines)
