I mean, changli would be in the same situation, brant lupa shorekeeper is nearly as good. Regardless Roccia being good for wiwa, overworld, camellya, havoc rover, cantarella and phrolova makes her more than valuable already, even if she is only best by a small margin. I don't want to NEED her, I want to enjoy using her.

I can only say for roccia but her rotation is:
Intro to basic attack - skill - 3 slams - liberation and echo as you switch out. If S1 you can skip the first basic attack, just try to not stay glued at the enemy during the slams since you can be knocked out (you can dodge in the air and reposition freely). If you get knocked out you should use the heavy attack and to the remaining slams. Liberation is all you need for the team buffs.
