Finished the episode. I can't believe I almost passed on this series. And I also can't believe that this show about rocks is better directed and animated than most of the series that have aired this season. Good stuff. It's commendable that it actually tries to use its main gimmick to teach you about geology. It retroactively makes me dislike Mono more, considering how it abandoned photography in favor of becoming a shameless tourism ad.
