Bardock doesn't even need to blitz him. He's too durable for Omniman to even HARM him. Viltrumites are so weak that they actually break their limbs when they to hit someone more sturdy than them. And Omniman's durability is ass. He canonically cannot survive a planet busting attack because he can't even survive flying through a planet.
If you go by the show canon for Invincible, its even worse because space lasers that can't even destroy a town are capable of making him bleed.
Meanwhile, SS Bardock scales to SS Goku which means he could easily take planet busting blows to the face
