how's this for a starter budget PC?

CPU: Ryzen 3 3300X
Cooler: ID-Cooling SE-214-XT Basic
GPU: RX 580/GTX 1060 6gb
RAM: 16 gigabytes Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz
SSD: Adata Legend 710 512gb
Sata SSD: Adata SU650 512gb for my autistic hobbies and files
PSU: Aqirys Pulsar LS 550W 80+
Case: Aqiys Bellatrix Pro, it has 3 included fans, one exhaust two intake, so I'll use a fan splitter for the front ones.

No RGB because I don't need it. I'll use this PC for light gaming and browsing the internets. Is it worth getting 32gb of ram instead?
