Okay is there any actual proof that this is actually used for skill-based matchmaking or is this just somebody looking at the data/files for multiplayer CPU-controlled players in custom games or large-scale multiplayer modes with bots like Invasion mode, and working backwards to suit their conspiracy theory?
This feels like when Activision released the report that almost all cheaters are on PC but almost all the false positive reports are console players reporting other console players. You guys will literally do everything up to blaming the Jews instead of just admitting someone is playing better than you.
