Trans brains aren't female brains. They're shifted towards female averages more than male ones, when looking at specific structures. These structures don't necessarily have anything to do with sex, and why they're different isn't fully understood.
You might say trans brains are meant for receiving opposite sex hormones, because the brains belong to people who want to transition and feel good taking opposite sex hormones, because those thoughts and feelings occur in the brain. But any sorts of desires and personality are reflected in the brain, that doesn't mean that brain is inherently "female." The brain is extremely complicated and plastic, you can't just say "it's a female brain in a male body." I'm sure if you've looked into this you know that's a huge over-simplication of the research.
