Hammer and axe, with some conversion for both to be smaller, one-handed weapons. Two melee weapons don't seem to give +1A anymore, but the added versatility between the terminator-mincing axe and the dreadnought-busting hammer seems pretty useful. As for the plasma… eh, it's not great, but it is at least some ranged option.
That is, asssuming the Saturnine don't get access to legion wargear.
