I don't see them adding rng crits or dodges, especially in a shooter. Wouldn't be very interesting either.
Something like her gun having a moderate spread, but missed shots can ricochet onto nearby enemies is more feasable and interesting, since it could also be used to sort of shoot around walls or enemy barriers.
