It boggles the mind that Lego hasn't made an updated version of the Tie Defender, it's been 15 years and there's been a number of remakes of Tie models that didn't get sets in a long time since then.

It appeared in that kiddy cartoon Rebels, but since Lego aren't at the point of remaking Rebels sets yet, it could be generic and come with only a Stormtrooper and Tie Pilot like the original.
It was just reminded by the latest magazine coming with a microscale version.
