I always felt like here when Orochimaru says this it's because he a had a spy or something overhear Tsunade say it and he's just taunting her a bit by quoting her, though some consistency issues pop-up if you think that's what's happening but I still like the idea of him rubbing it in her face a bit given what's happening in these scenes/
