started playing a couple days ago on vanilla,
somehow the game didn't "click" for me

then I installed nexerelin and started a new sector, and man
now we're podracing alright:
joined tri-tachyon, they went to war with the Hegemony, invaded a station, I tried to defend it, got assblasted into oblivion, and now I swore revenge on these lame space fascists

I think its gaming time
