However the main difference is that it is considered a legal crime and a social sickness even by the people here.

When was the last time you saw a bacha bazi pride parade? When was it state sanctioned and enforced by the government and judiciary? When did every single city in this country march in the streets promoting bacha bazi?

Crimes exist. Criminals exist. However it is completely different from your country and people promoting it and it being socially acceptable.
