The others is just because there hasn't been a new tag game since dbfz so I guess companies asked devs for fighting games and devs wanted try it out since there hasn't been one in so long. Except 2xko that mess is happening because it was originally 1v1 but the devs are degenerates that like bbtag and dnf duel, among other things that should have no fans working in fighting games.
