This is why I genuinely supported what Yhwach wanted, but not the way he went about it, to get rid of the fear of death from humanity.
After you read the manga and realize that Yhwach was literally trying to save Ichigo from the fact ichibe and squad 0 would not hesitate to use him to be the new soul king and sit in stagnation forever!
