I think the main character should just straight up replace Josuke (since he's already a blank slate), as in still half Kira but the other half is what would've been your custom character. If you choose a male you get four balls but if you choose female then you're a futa. Also means that no matter what Stand you have, you'll always gain an explosive ability later.
