I routinely carry a PPK/S on a clipdraw. It holds up well in gym shorts with the waistband tight tightly, and it's perfectly comfortable and stable in pants with a belt. The DA/SA allows me to carry with a round in the chamber with the option to have the safety on or off. I practice drawing and disengaging the safety but generally if I'm in my car safety on, if I'm in the store safety off
