There have always been black serial killers. It's just that in the past no one cared about missing black prostitutes or children.

These "unsolved" cases are 90% niggers shooting niggers in drive byes. Usually the cops do know (through snitches) who shot who, they just can't prove it. When the shooter gets killed or get a life sentence they quietly put these "unsolved cases" away.
