The way Zangetsu looked in his mind while learning the getsuga is a way better compromise between the aesthetics of all his powers than his final form. Just invert the colors and add some spandex underneath to represent his Fullbring.
At the very least, the horn looking like an Arrancar's mask is a better representation of his Hollow+Shinigami powers than Ichigo just growing a horn and getting some ink spilled in his face.
