Both of them bleed out in a Denny's parking lot. Assuming that Sunny's real world skills carry over in this confrontation, he basically has fucking Hamon and can heal himself from anything short of mortal damage. We don't have battle data for Kris fighting in the real world, but they have an impressive vertical jump, are strong enough to bend a trashcan with a kick, can strike a hole in the earth with their knife, possess decent speed and incredible stamina, and have an INSANE throwing arm with Hawkeye vision. This is all when they're nerfed hard enough to be shakily shambling around the place from ripping out their SOUL. Healthwise, Kris seems to be sleep deprived and hungry all the time, the typical teenage physical health. Meanwhile, Sunny subsisted on a diet of microwaved sludge, stale water, and 5 minutes of sunlight a day for 4 years. He is malnourished as fuck and is as skinny as a twig. Kris is without a doubt stronger than Sunny is. Despite that, Sunny is capable of taking on and besting the other, stronger kids IRL. However, what really edges this fight in Sunny's favor is their willingness to bring real harm to people. I'm going to be blunt here; Kris is a fucking dork. All that saber-rattling they do whenever they rip out their SOUL is purely for show, and in Deltarune's Chapter 3 it's implied that Kris struggles with their darker, more violent desires and tries to be a better person. Sunny has no such qualms with violence. The first thing they can do when stepping outside to battle is slash their childhood best friend with a knife, ZERO hesitation btw, and only stops because the other kids in Sunny's neighborhood are there to end the fight. Kris is, as the kids would say it, a "fake demon". In a one-on-one confrontation, unless Kris immediately tosses their knife for a clean headshot, they would not go all out at the start, and it would be their downfall.

Tl;dr: It goes down like a crackhead vs. a hooligan. In a double homicide tragedy.
