It’s easy with a pusher. I’d recommend going that way instead of using a gunsmith, because if the sights aren’t zeroed after you install them, you’re going to want the pusher anyway. Use masking tape on the slide to prevent marring it with the pusher. You’ll also need a glock front sight tool, which is essentially a really shallow hex bit. Last thing I’d say is that replacing the sights is almost an affectation, considering red dots are so much more transformative, and the plastic sights are pretty much fine as is.
