I've driven semis through Missouri for almost 10 years. (OTR but a lot of regional stuff in the 4 surrounding states too). Only place I think is a major shithole is St. Louis. KC has decent areas and rougher areas, especially on the Kansas side in the industrial districts. But I fuckin HATE St. Louis, same with Memphis. Memphis is the only state I've seen "lot lizards" consistently on the Arkansas side. I'm iffy about touchin some black lady with bid tiddies when she comes humpin at my door at midnight asking if I got some meat for her, KEK! I'd honestly say Arkansas is a giant shithole state. Little Rock and the rest of it.
