My mom says the nurses struggled heavily with how badly I thrashed in pain, and honestly in the little bit of lizard brain memory I can kind of remember the sepia hospital windows, the ceiling tiles and thrashing about something fierce while people try to hold me down. If you'd been in a 1990's us hospital you would understand the scenery.

I really wish my parents had requested my X-ray in triplicate when I ate a drywall screw when I was a toddler, my acid reflux is legendary
