No it fucking doesn't, the countries that had high development and social safety nets had their birth rates plummet faster than the poor shitholes. Birth rate decline always goes hand in hand with feminism and the demonization of men and babies. You could completely eliminate economic issues for every single person in a country and yet most women would still refuse to reproduce because they think children are parasites and men are disposable commodities because that's what social media told them.
