Clementine deserved a voice, she was sentient but she probably spoke in such a strong accent different from equines (possibly similar to kirin), that nobody bothered to give it to her, plus the lack of airtime ruined her chances all together. I wish the fandom gave her the spotlight, she deserves it as a background character.
