Dragon shield makes decent inner sleeves that I use along with their matte duals, the only time they felt like a tight fit was getting them on those maximum gold el dorado cards that had a bulging gold foil outline around the card border.
Depending on the batch of matte duals sometimes the inner sleeve is harder to slide in without it slipping off but for those cases I just put an unsleeved card on top and push it using that then remove it. I recently bought about 20 boxes of dragon shield matte duals and I'd say about 2 of them felt noticeably tighter, the rest had the inner sleeve painlessly slide in.
I have heard of people using KMC perfect fits as inner sleeves with dragon shields too.
