It's a thing, there's these wood houses in Japan that are empty, deserted, they're essentially unsellable. The Japanese won't touch them, I guess because they should be demolished and we're made of cheap wood and ply. But foreigners immigrating are conned into buying them and then find out they're worthless after the sale. But! Realisation of this isn't stopping some immigrants to Japan because they want to live in Japan so much and it looks so idyllic they'll accept that their property will have 0 value.

What I meant was. Is that one of those worthless homes?
