Yeah, that placement makes no sense. Hyrule was at pretty much the highest point it had ever been at the end of Echoes.
Echoes should come after Past, but before Worlds. At least then you can say that the hero moving to Hytopia in Triforce Heroes kind of fucked Hyrule.
