thinking about buying this for its gigabit QoS because im stupid and the modem my ISP provides is locked down more or less.

everyone says gigabit internet shouldnt need QoS but when im streaming a game on one PC and playing the game on the other PC I can feel it.

the streaming PC is only outputting maybe 50mb/s and the internet line is 3 gig.

technically 50mb/s is a drop in the bucket but I swear I still feel it, and if I can put my gaming PC on the "fast lane" so its packets always arrive first I think that would settle my autism.
