Sean? Yeah, educated enough to "speak the language" but not enough to "move the field". There needs to be a seperate catagory for "Doctor with a Master's understanding" and "Doctor that advances the field" (taking minute measurments as part of a group of 50 that publishes a paper that changes almost nothing isnt "advancing" the field, its lab work for the lead authors.)

That used to be Master's degree...now we have two different kinds of Doctors and they use one to combat the other. Either dont pass crackpots or strip Doctors of their cash-for-title.
