Hey AT nerds, thinking about maybe diving in to Titans but I want to read the rules without spending $334 Kiwi dollars. I know the MEGAs are down but does anyone have any idea where I can find the rules or the compendium?

Bonus Q, if the Open Engine War cards were available to me, should I get them now? Are they hard to find, and I'd regret it later if I didn't get them when I had the chance?
