You see, Anon, the problem with trying to replicate floor plans in Minecraft is that all walls are necessarily one block thick. Consider the simple floor plan on the right. If you decide that the room on the left is six blocks "tall", then the two on the right should be three blocks tall each. However, because the wall between the two is one block thick, the room on the left instead becomes seven blocks tall.
