Just because something is mainstream doesn't mean it appeals to the wrong people. The game filters out any and all bullshit discussions by having player characters be expendable nobodies with no indication of attractive features other than muscles and height. DBD is "please choke me, monster daddy" the game that specifically features a slew of women characters made to be abused by various animations during gameplay. Any anon can avoid discussing the "sexy fetish" stuff in HD2 because it's basically non existent in-game meanwhile DBD it's unavoidable because having a predominantly male antagonist manhandle women is inherently sexual.
