This is such a bad look. It's overpriced and undercooked–and what's worse is, when it performs poorly on account of being overpriced and undercooked–Toei and Bamco are going to write off tie-in characters as being unprofitable.
It boggles my goddamn mind that they couldn't even muster Base and God Shallot, Giblet as a COSTUME for Shallot, and God Shallet at bare fucking minimum.
Giblet is just Shallot with mirrored hair and a scar on his face, all they gotta do is make a red coat for him. That's only one additional asset. Their God forms would just be red recolors of their Base Forms, so the only hairstyle they would have to make other than Base Shallot would be God Shallet. Shallet wears the same Metamoran Garb as Gogeta, so they wouldn't have to make any new assets for his outfit. Then you just have to make 6 skills and 3 ultimates.
All-in-all that only would've been:
1 new character model
2 new costumes
2 new hairstyles
9 skills
That would've been worth $5 and might actually've sold enough units to get us another tie-in character. Shout out to Bamco for settling for minimum viable product... again...
