Rupture + Deathrite. Qiu has shitloads of Rupture in his kit. Nearly all of his skills range from count neutral to +3 count on top of adding 4-8 potency. Granted, he's a boss unit, but after Maost it would be silly if they gave Kong Lu worse Rupture application than her. He's also like Xichun where he starts getting coin power on all of his attacks when the enemy is covered in debuffs.
