I thought it wouldn't be satisfying if it was just about her realising she isn't anything special and that's it, since in the end this is still about fighting, but she restricts herself by relying too much on outside powers and destiny.

I'm in the similar boat in thinking that Rodya is the best fit for the King of Greed, but her Knight of Despair ID helped show where she is in her own journey as well as how she operates
She's clearly talented, clearly capable, very much has that potential to be greater, but she gets in the way of her own happiness, wanting things that are either inconsequential in the grand scheme or things she thinks she deserves but doesn't actually need, which then in turn gets in the way of her own overall success

And with the book the continued conscientious objection to it, despite the fact that he was perpetrating it. In the epilogue he feels unrelated to the other inmates, like he doesn't belong there; For he cannot, for the life of him, see himself as a criminal at all. He really found a path into criminality without ever admitting to the task.

If Rodya has even a SHRED of the DNA of the book counterpart, then she doesn't regret it at all. She has a hard time swallowing that she did it all for herself.

I feel like Sunshower has aged poorly. It boosts sloth skills a lot, but unfortunately most sloth skills kinda suck balls. It also doesn't have a status effect, which is painful in MDs because the T4 gifts give huge damage boosts to EGOs of the right status. You won't ever be able to get it to do what Carmilla can in MDs.

Anyways, both of his TETHs are pretty mid. His other Zayin (Bygone) is generally worse than his base EGO. Dimension Shredder is great for Rupture and Fell Bullet can deal crazy damage if you're willing to sacrifice your teammates.

Wishing Cairn is his best TETH. It rolls pretty high for one, inflicts Paralyze, and its passive gives you -30% damage reduction to all blunt and sloth damage for the rest of the fight.
Dimension Shredder rolls 38/42 which is outrageous for an HE. It's also good for Lantern and W Corp's Rupture Count application.
Bygone Days and 4th Match Flame are good in their respective status teams but not must-haves. Fell Bullet is a bit of a meme option with NSang but has the potential to hit really hard.

I disagree, the modern direction for charge is far better both gameplay and numbers wise
S2s being the super attacks that are fueled by charge means you have far less dead turns, and both s2 and s3 damage scaling with charge count makes them much better overall
Rip space is cool for w cor p thematics but I wouldn't want that for every single charge ID

I mean its a very simple fix if you think about it
The peak of what other statuses should do with their ramping "charged up" super attack should be worse than what they give to charge
because charges entire game plan is that super attack, where every other status gets their super attack on top of status benefits

Leisault last bullet skill3-2 is a one-two time thing per battle
Give that to charge but with no upper limit

For every absurdly OP attack the other 6 statuses gets charge should get one thats just slightly better

Or just make a set of rewards completely exclusive or nearly exclusive to charge
Mult coins are part of the games code already
Attack weight is very scarce even to this day
Skill re-use has gone untouched for a while
