I like how you posted a black and white page instead. Anyways, you can see Orihime is behind that second shield thanks to the shadow.
The first shield broke with Ichigo burst of power, as indicated by the shockwave and the remnants flying around. Debris fly all over the place and are colored white while those remnants have almost no color and are dispersed in opposite directions like the shockwave is.
