I think I remember hearing someone say that the reason why Zelretch doesn't become involved normally is because anything he witnesses becomes a universal constant across parallel worlds, or something like that.
If that's the case, does anyone has any ideas of perks capable of countering those kinds of side effects?
I like the idea of the Second Magic, but I'd like to find a better way to avoid those issues than a toggle perk.
