Some lineart practice by tracing, I’m feeling more comfortable with digital. I still have some trouble getting dark values with the same brush, but I’ll get there eventually.

One issue I have is filling without bleeding edges. I’m using Krita, and both the fill tool and the enclosure tool tend to bleed outside the edges of the lineart. The colorize mask is an option, but it feels like too much prep work. Any suggestions?

doodle everyday, study multiple times per week and 1 big project monthly.

Doodle can be simple or more complex but has to be something small so I can at least color sketch it too. I count figures as doodles.
