BASED on my OWN criteria and research from OPGG, I can say for a FACT that QMM is not boosted and not a winner's queue elo passenger. From what I can tell he wins lane or has a meaningful impact in most games he plays. Please keep in mind this is only using OPGG score and does not reflect his actual gameplay or decision making in-game.
