There are some people with too much of something that makes their muscle bigger. This is something that might have killed off a hunter gatherer. I sound retarded because forget the details but basically some people do have genetics built for growing more muscle than others.
Anyway, my theory is that the person with the right genetics, motivation, routine, who cuts and bulks perfectly, can attain a body like this in a few years.
But also i assume they probably started getting into shape and learning about fitness before they claim. Many also have backgrounds in athletics.
I learned about fitness in highschool, but even so, creating the right routine took me some trial and error which meant i didnt make as much progress for the first 6 months or so just trying out different lifts and combinations and rep ranges. I also have experimented a lot with calisthenics.
One of the things that held me back the most was diet. My construction job made it hard to estimate calories needed and expended and i felt like i spent a lot if tine spinning my wheels doing diets that had progressed below 1k calories and i had zero energy. And my first 6 months was spent on a regretable dirty bulk. Got sick and didnt lift for a month at one point.
I started doing construction before i started lifting, and i owe my traps and shoulders in part to being a labor bitch. And because of that i was able to focus on other body parts during my lifts.
Oh and i barely did abs the first year, huge regret.
This is me at the end of my cut at 2.5 years lifting about a month ago. Im happy, but i could have made more progress had i done things smarter and done more research. But im doing it for fun. Im fasted and slightly dehydrated in the morning. Guy in OP is definetly fasted on water and food.
I consider myself to have average genetics at best.
