Absolutely. The open world isn't amazing when it comes to things to do but the world itself is cool and the combat is good enough to make taking out camps fun.
Story is decent too and it's a very cool time period for japan.
Character creator is amazing and you have a lot of options for outfit customization too.
People bitch about muh graphics but I think the game has a lot of very beautiful areas.
