The only ideas I can think of are (from easiest to hardest):
1) Summon Ty-Phon (if it meets the summon conditions and you run it at all) and bounce Dragoon back to hand
2) Summon Indigo-Eyes and then a Blue-Eyes with 4k attack (implying you can get 2 level 8s on the field) and crash either of the 2 monsters with Dragoon
3) Summon Sifr (implying your opponent lets you summon 2 Spirit Dragons to turn one into Ultimate Spirit and the other one into Sifr) and crash it into Dragoon.
In the last 2 cases I'm assuming that Dragoon has already negated something and its attack is 4k now. The only time I found myself in that situation, I was able to go for the Indigo-Eyes play (I don't run Ty-Phon).
