I said going second. You need bodies on the field or cards to resolve in order to play the game going second. Without Super Poly eating 3+ interactions I usually do not win. The majority of my wins against both Yubel and Voiceless going second involve both resolving a Super Poly and summoning Chaos Angel.
Most of my wins vs Kashtira is also Super Poly into Starving Venom, copy Kashtira Fenrir.
I'm not playing Fiendshit because not only is tht going to get hit, it can't play into Ryzeal either

I don't run kashtiras because I run bystials. I recently stopped running called by the grave too because it's too shit going second and bad to have vs breaker decks like Tenpai.
The TCG has the right idea that you just muscle through Ash, Veiler, Imperm. The OCG is right to have cope plays under Maxx, Droll and Nib. if you deck has answers for all these interactions, the only problem becomes your engine stopping full gas or full breakers and that's where I struggle.

Memento can easily summon several Tatsunootoshigo and Akihiron, which are Lv5 monsters. 3 on the field gives you access to both effects, effectively skipping your turn.

Unfortunately Memento is not that popular of a deck because the deck has a very high skill ceiling, so unless the strat becomes more popular, Dice Smasher might remain untouched in MD.

The only ideas I can think of are (from easiest to hardest):
1) Summon Ty-Phon (if it meets the summon conditions and you run it at all) and bounce Dragoon back to hand
2) Summon Indigo-Eyes and then a Blue-Eyes with 4k attack (implying you can get 2 level 8s on the field) and crash either of the 2 monsters with Dragoon
3) Summon Sifr (implying your opponent lets you summon 2 Spirit Dragons to turn one into Ultimate Spirit and the other one into Sifr) and crash it into Dragoon.
In the last 2 cases I'm assuming that Dragoon has already negated something and its attack is 4k now. The only time I found myself in that situation, I was able to go for the Indigo-Eyes play (I don't run Ty-Phon).
