Sam realized a long time ago his generation (millennials) no longer serve a purpose to him and the zoomers/gen alphas he appeals to with his modern edaddy rants are angry, malleable, far more aggressive than any other generation of men as a result of widespread gym culture and fascist-like ideals he shills himself who prioritize raw strength over anything else.
This is why you have a huge influx of zoomer men who believe he won this debate despite his loss of composure because in their strength equals power worldview (that does not operate on endless self-deprecating smug irony like the millennial one) subjugating older men by smashing their shit in front of a camera IS winning a debate — to boomers and millennials this does not make any sense because they operate under the old deprecated framework that losing composure and acting violent is bad PR.
So basically what went on during this debate is the old boomer/millennial smug troll ironic mindset faced off the modern unapologetic "might is right" zoomer/gen alpha mindset Sam adopted recently, which is why you get mixed opinions depending almost exclusively on the age of the man you are talking to.
