I wanted to read it at first, but then I saw someone posting an image from a chapter that literally showed a tranny. It was this big beefy dude who thinks he's a woman. I looked up that page on Google Image Search, found the chapter it was from, read it and saw that the rest of the cast in the manga actually accepted the dude's mental illness. So that killed any desire for me to want to read the manga.
