it USED to be something that everyone thought was the best riven skin but then the value of it decreased when riot started handing it out like when you buy the championship riven statue from the merch store, it's why there's like different versions of it and stuff so unless it's someone who's been playing the game since like beta and cares about these skins (especially the 2012 one in particular) noone will buy it because noone cares + there are better riven skins out there + noone really cares about riven like how noone really cares about katarina thesedays.
